Access to the Bixie Service
License Grant and Restrictions
You agree and accept that Bixie Service is the sole property of Bixie PTE LTD and includes valuable trade secrets of Bixie PTE LTD . Except as otherwise permitted, this license does not grant you the right to use Bixie Service for any other purpose, or to disclose, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of Bixie Service. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Bixie Service.
In any event, Bixie Limited retains the exclusive ownership of Bixie Service, and except as expressly set forth herein, no other rights or licenses shall be granted or be implied under any Bixie Limited’s intellectual property.
The graphics, designs, source codes and service names are the intellectual properties of Bixie Limited and shall not be used, including as part of trademark and/or as part of domain names or email addresses, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.
All intellectual property rights subsisting in respect of Bixie Service belong to Bixie PTE LTD or have been lawfully licensed to Bixie PTE LTD for use on the Bixie Service. All rights under applicable laws are hereby reserved. Except with the express permission of Bixie PTE LTD , you shall not be allowed to upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit or distribute in any way any component of Bixie Service itself or create derivative works with respect thereto, as the Bixie Service is copyrighted under applicable laws.
Consent to Collection and Use of Data
In order to improve Bixie Service, you acknowledge that Bixie PTE LTD and its agents shall be collecting, using, storing, processing and analysing the diagnostic, technical, usage, and/or related information from your devices. This data shall be collected in a form that does not personally identify you except an email address and may be collected from such mobile devices at any time. The data that shall be collected includes, but is not limited to, general diagnostic and usage data, various unique system identifiers, information about your mobile device, system and application software, and, if Location Services is enabled, the real-time geographic location of your mobile device and location search queries. By accessing Bixie Service on your mobile device, you acknowledge and agree that Bixie PTE LTD and its agents have your permission to collect all such information and use it as set forth above. If you do not agree to the foregoing, you may request to delete your account and/or uninstall the App from your mobile device at any point.
In order to help you apply for third party financial services through the App or website, you acknowledge that Bixie PTE LTD may, at times, request for your identification information in addition to your email address. If collected, such information will only be used at your request or consent.
System Logs and Diagnostic Files
In addition, you will have the option of manually attaching system diagnostic files (e.g., kernel logs, hang logs, crash logs, spin logs, install logs, application logs, etc.) from your mobile device (“System Logs”) to send to Bixie PTE LTD. Providing these System Logs is voluntary, but if you do provide them to us, then you acknowledge that we shall use them for diagnostic purposes and to improve the App and Bixie PTE LTD’s products and services.
Acting as your Authorized Agent
You acknowledge and agree that when Bixie PTE LTD is accessing and retrieving your Financial Account Information from third party sites, Bixie PTE LTD is acting as your agent, and not as the agent of or on behalf of any third-party financial institutions. You understand that the services on the App and the website are not endorsed or sponsored by any third-party financial institutions where your accounts are held, and therefore, we do not guarantee and shall not be liable for the accuracy or reliability of any data, information or content that we electronically retrieve on your behalf from the third-party financial institutions.
Bixie PTE LTD may not be able foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties which may result in failure to retrieve your Financial Account Information. Bixie PTE LTD assumes no responsibility for the failure to retrieve any Financial Account Information, and loss of any Financial Account Information which is at no fault of Bixie PTE LTD .

No Support Obligation
Bixie PTE LTD will provide maintenance and technical support at our discretion. We are not obligated to provide you with any maintenance, technical or other support for the Bixie Service. You agree to abide by any support rules and policies that Bixie PTE LTD provides to you in order to receive such support.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all use of the Bixie Service is at your sole risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance accuracy and effort is with you. Bixie PTE LTD is providing all information to you solely on an “as is” basis and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation. The implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, performance and fitness for a particular purpose.
Disclaimer of Liability and Indemnification
In particular, we shall not be liable for :
loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
Even if it has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Bixie PTE LTD’s total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed an amount equal to any fees paid by you for installing, downloading, accessing or using Bixie Service. The foregoing limitations shall apply even if the above state remedy fails for its essential purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that we cannot always anticipate technical or other difficulties with the App and our website, either presently or as they evolve; the App and our website may contain bugs, errors or other problems, which may result in loss of your data or settings. Therefore, we shall not be liable for any loss and damages suffered by you due to the technical problems on the App and/or our website which is not reasonably foreseeable and beyond our control.
Third Party Information
The Bixie Service may contain information, statistical or aggregated data and other copyrighted material (collectively known as, “Third Party Information”) supplied by third parties. Acknowledgements, licensing terms, and disclaimers for such information are contained within, and your use of such information is governed by such respective terms. Mention of third parties and use of such Third Party Information provided to the Users is for informational and knowledge purposes only and Bixie PTE LTD shall have no responsibility or liability with regard to nor warrants the performance or accuracy of the information supplied by the third parties.
Assignment and Other Dealings
No unlawful or prohibited use
Your use of the Bixie Service shall not:-
be false, inaccurate or misleading;
We do not guarantee that the Bixie Service, or any content on it, will be always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend, modify, deny, discontinue, cancel or stop any access to or use of the App and the services (“Interruption”) at any time for the following reasons:
the maintenance of, or technical or other enhancements to Bixie Service;
the security of Bixie Service;
the business and operational reasons of the Bixie PTE LTD ;
suspected unauthorized or fraudulent use of Bixie Service and/or the services; or
any Force Majeure event which is beyond the control of Bixie PTE LTD .
We shall notify you of any Interruption as soon as reasonably practicable and we shall use reasonable efforts to minimize the duration and/or impact of such Interruption. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered or incurred by you or any other person arising out of any Interruption.

How does security work?
We use the latest security protocols to keep safe of our customer data.
For login and registration we use OTP 2-factor authentication to send a personalised CODE via SMS to registered phone number for authentication.
The user is allowed to set their 6 digit PIN Code of choice for logging into Bixie application.
All communication from the application to the backend is using secured HTTPS protocol and SSL encryption for secured transfer.
Who can help me if I have been hacked?

You can set yourself financial goals within the Bixie App.

If you would like to take a break, you can pause a goal and start it up again later.
Click on the goal you want to pause>Click pause goal
Once you are ready to return to it, you can resume goal.

What if I forgot my pin or want to change it?
We have designed the application to make it secure. If you forget the pincode not a problem. Simply log out from the application.
Next time when you try to log back in into the application, you will be prompted to set your pincode again. This time you can sign in with your new PIN CODE.

Scope of Coverage
The plan covers 24 hours a day (on and off the job), within cover period, against loss of life or bodily injury resulting solely, directly and independently of all other causes from an accident caused by external, violent and visible means.
1. The persons eligible to participate in this Group PA insurance are the actively at work Regular, Full-time, Probationary and Project Employees of the above-captioned assured, whose insurance ages between 18 but not over 60 years old. The Policy does not cover:
Death, disablement or injuries occasioned by or happening through:
a) (i) War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemy, Hostilities (whether war be declared or not). Civil war, Rebellion, Insurrection, Terrorism, Mutiny or Crowd disturbances, Military or Usurped Power or Popular Uprising; or any war like operations, Riot, Strike and Civil Commotion.
(ii) Intentionally self-inflicted injuries, Suicide or Attempted suicide (whether felonious or not), while sane or insane; Alcoholism or under the influence of alcohol, drug addiction; HIV, AIDS, sexually transmitted and venereal diseases.
(iii) Earthquake, Volcanic Eruption, or Tidal Wave.
(iv) Ionising radiations or contaminations by radioactivity.
(v) Bacterial infections (except pyogenic infections which shall occur through an accidental cut or wound).
b) Whilst the Insured is traveling in an aircraft other than one licensed for public passenger service and operated by a regular Airline on a published schedule flight over a regular air route between two definitely established airports and in which the Insured is traveling as ticket-holding passenger; (extended to be covered in Commercial Flying as fare paying passenger)
c) Consequent upon the Insured engaging in hunting, racing of all kinds, steeple chasing, polo playing, motorcycle riding or driving, trekking/climbing and mountaineering, winter sports, ice hockey, football, yachting, or using woodworking machinery driven by mechanical power, scuba diving and other offshore activities, mountain biking, off road biking, parachuting, hang-gliding, professional sports with the exception of basketball, or racing other than on foot, participating in any dangerous sports and contact sports such taekwondo, boxing, muay thai and alike; (extended to be covered in Motorcycling as mode of transportation)
d) Murder and Assault or any attempt thereat;
e) Caused directly or indirectly by the bad faith of the Insured, by his/her participation in criminal acts, or as a result of his/her fraudulent, seriously negligent or reckless actions. The consequences of the actions of the Insured in a state of derangement or under psychiatric treatment are not covered either;
f) Whilst engaging in military duty;
g) Illegal acts or violations of the law;
h) Whilst the Insured takes part in bets, challenges, or brawls, save in the case of legitimate defense or necessity;
i) Activities engaged in any duty directly or indirectly pertaining to the following occupations: Aviator, steward/ess, individual connected with the military and police, missionaries, miners and underground workers, individual involved in the manufacturing processing of nuclear materials and explosives, individual with constant contact with hazardous chemicals, individuals connected with politics, detective, bodyguards, bullfighters, divers, equestrians and jockeys, firemen, fishermen, fishing crew and any offshore activities/trainings, logging workers, circus workers, stuntmen, quarry workers, loggers, sawmill workers, racers, sailors, and window cleaners of a high rise buildings;
j) Any Pre-existing conditions. Pre-existing conditions are illnesses or injury for which the person has been under the care of a physician and has received medical care or advice or a condition for which a reasonable person should have sought treatment;
k) Congenital anomalies and conditions;
l) Pregnancy, childbirth and miscarriage or any related conditions with respect to woman;
m) Hospital confinement for:
(i) Rest cures
(ii) Periodic check ups
(iii) Cosmetic or plastic surgery
(iv) Any dental work, dental treatment or eye examination except as result of bodily injury
(v) Mental or nervous disorders
n) Any Rehabilitation treatments. Prostheses, orthopedic material or orhesis and osteosynthesis material, as well as spectacles;
o) Insect / mosquito bites.
DEFINITIONS OF BENEFITS:
1. ACCIDENTAL DEATH — Pay the full amount of the Principal Sum for accidental death occurring within twelve
(12) months from the date of accident.
PERMANENT DISABLEMENT — Pays the corresponding percentages as stated in the Table of Permanent
Disablement if bodily injury as aforesaid shall within twelve (12) calendar months from the date of accident result in permanent and total disablement and not followed within twelve (12) calendar months from the date of accident result in permanent and total disablement and not followed within twelve (12) calendar months of the said bodily injury by the death of the Insured member.

2. MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT — Pay the cost of all necessary medical or surgical treatment, hospital care, nursing service, x-rays and dressings and all other reasonable medical expenses incurred within three months from the date of accident, up to the limit stated in the schedule of benefit.
“Personal Data” is in reference to the “Personal Financial Data” and the “Personal Identification Data”. “Personal Financial Data” and “Personal Identification Data” are both defined in paragraph 4 below.
“Non-Personal Data” is data that is not reasonably practicable to directly or indirectly identify you, including, but not limited, to aggregated data, application usage, in-app browsing activity, and application activity including user interface elements, etc.
“Third-party partners” are individuals or organizations that cooperate with us for the purpose of facilitating or improving our services or third-party partners’ services provided to you.
Our Privacy Principles
Bixie’s business is built on trust between our users and us. Security and safety of our users’ Personal Data are our top priorities. To safeguard the confidentiality of all Personal Data you provide to us, we maintain the following privacy principles:
We maintain and design strict security systems to prevent unauthorised access to your Personal Data by anyone, including our employees, agents and contractors.
Any members of the Bixie team and affiliates, including our employees, agents and contractors, who are permitted access to any Personal Data may only do so for a specific and limited purpose and specific and limited period of time-- and during such access, are specifically required to strictly observe our confidentiality obligations.
The data we collect
We may collect and process Personal Data from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, at the time of registration and when youinstall, download, access or use the App, or contact us in relation to the App. However, we commit to only using your Personal Data as set out in the terms below, and in accordance with the applicable laws.
When you register for and use the Bixie App or website, we collect your email address and device ID which we use to:
provide you with our offers and services via the Bixie App or website;
identify you and the accounts that you have registered with us;
communicate with you;
customise the Bixie App based on your preference; and
notify you of any changes to the Bixie App or to our terms & conditions and/or services that may affect you.
We may at times use your mobile device’s built-in biometric authentication tools to provide you with additional security as a way of preventing unauthorized access to the App:
When you use the App to access or connect to your online financial accounts, which may include, but is not limited to, online banking accounts, electronic payment accounts, insurance accounts, online payment accounts, and third party mobile wallets; we may collect and process details such as account name, credit limit, currency of the account, outstanding balance, your transaction details and history, payment dates and names , and addresses of goods and services merchants/providers that appear in your account (collectively known as “Personal Financial Data”), for the purposes of displaying this account information and transaction data to you in order to provide you with services on the App (e.g. budgeting).
If you use the App to apply for third party financial services, we may request and store your identifications such as mobile number, and date of birth (collectively known as “Personal Identification Data”) for the purpose of making the application process convenient for you. Your Personal Identification Data will only be used at your request or with your consent.
We may collect or store any usernames and passwords, or other authentication details, inter alia, bank account numbers or credit card numbers for your online accounts. Online log-in credentials always remain encrypted on your device or securely stored on our server. Personal Financial Data for this purpose does not include information that is aggregated with similar data from other users to produce Aggregated Data (as defined in section 5 below), or is otherwise no longer identifiable to any specific App user.
If you make any purchases on Bixie, your credit card information and other data are not collected by us, but only by third party payment processors.
We may share the Personal Data, Non-Personal Data or Aggregated Data to third parties in the following situations:
When we cooperate with our business partners to deliver their services to you-- with your consent through our business partner-- we may provide some of your Personal Data, Non-Personal Data or Aggregated Data to our business partners, on a need-to-know basis. All information and data we share with our business partners will also be subject to their own privacy policies.
Security, legal and regulatory requirements: we reserve the right to disclose the data about you that is appropriate or necessary to (i) protect ourselves or others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity, (ii) take precautions against liability, (iii) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, (iv) protect the security or integrity of the services we provide and any facilities or equipment used to make those services available, (v) comply with any law or regulatory requirement, including pursuant to a court order or other legal process, or (vi) protect our property or other legal rights (including, but not limited to, enforcement of our agreements), or the rights, property, or safety of others.
For the purpose of producing research and statistical data about our App users and to provide you with services on the App, we may aggregate your Personal Financial Data together with similar data from other App users (“Aggregated Data”). Aggregated Data will be produced in such a manner that the underlying data will no longer be identifiable to any specific user. We may share Aggregate Data amongst users as part of the services provided, and also with our third party partners to help us make improvements and/or enhancements to our services and for marketing, research and academic purposes. This Aggregate Data cannot be linked to an individual or user in any way.
We will take all reasonable steps to anonymise the Aggregate Data, but please be informed that these measures are provided on a best-effort basis. In the event that you believe that any of your Personal Data is or has been inadvertently captured in the App or in any report generated or services provided by us, whether within or outside the App, it is your responsibility to immediately notify us at email@example.com so that we are able to promptly rectify the situation.
We shall take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that the Personal Data collected is kept no longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which it is or is to be used. In some situations, upon collecting the Personal Data, Non-Personal Data and/or Aggregate Data from you, and transferring such data to our business partners to facilitate our business partners to supply their services to you, we may immediately delete the data that has been passed to our business partners, and we may not store any such data on the App and our website.
Data Deletion, Correction and Access to Personal Data
You have the right to request that your App account or any of your Personal Data be deleted from our servers at any time. You can make this request to us by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that once your account is deleted, any data linked to the App shall be excised permanently from our servers and further access to your account will be impossible.
At the end of your trial period, you will still have an option to request for Personal Data deletion anytime either using means listed out in 7.1 or through a feature within the Bixie app.
You have the right to request access to and correction of your Personal Data held by Bixie. We will respond to your request of data access or correction as soon as practicable upon receiving your request. A reasonable administrative fee may be charged for responding to a data access request to reflect the cost of responding to the request.
The App requires a user ID and password and/or biometric verification to log in. You should safeguard your user ID and password and keep them secret and confidential. Bixie will never ask you for your password given that you should be the only person who knows it. We recommend that you choose a strong password that is difficult to guess and that you change your password regularly. In public areas, please exercise caution , especially when logging-in/registering, and refrain from leaving your mobile device unattended or susceptible to theft whilst logged into your account.
You should only download the App and its updates from the official Play Store and App Store and not from any unofficial sources.
Our commitment to safeguarding your Personal Data:
However, the aforementioned security efforts do not preclude us from the possibility of fraud, cyber-attacks, such as hacking, spyware and viruses, and we do not warrant that our servers or network will be immune from such attacks. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from such risks.
Your use of the App and website is subject to Bixie’s Terms and Conditions. By using the App, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions from time to time. We shall notify you of such changes by any reasonable means, including posting the revised version of the Terms and Conditions on our App and/or the Bixie website. It is your responsibility to frequently check on the changes. By continuing to use the App after the changes to the Terms and Conditions, you are accepting these changes.
